Gabrielle Marton, M.A. is a third year clinical doctoral student (Psy.D) at William James College. At Copernican Clinical Services, Gabrielle offers individual and family therapy, clinical tutoring, testing, and co-facilitates elementary to college age group therapy.

Gabrielle received her Clinical Psychology Masters of Arts (MA) degree from William James College and earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with dual minors in Mass Communication and Disabilities in Society at the University of Florida. Her academic training has given Gabrielle experience in working with children, adolescents, and geriatric patients who have experienced a range of psychiatric presentations and co-morbid mental health issues, including intellectual challenges, learning disabilities, memory disorders, and mood disorders. 

Gabrielle has worked in a wide range of clinical placements including:

Academy MetroWest: Natick, MA
At this placement, Gabrielle led social skills training groups with children ranging from elementary school to high school. Diagnoses included ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Depressive Disorders. Gabrielle incorporated play therapy into her groups as well.

The Center for Translational Neuroscience at the Boston Veteran’s Association Hospital: Jamaica Plain, MA
At this placement, Gabrielle conducted diagnostic intake interviews as well as neuropsychological assessments at the VA Memory Disorders Clinic. Testing batteries included the Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer’s Disease, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, the Addenbrooke’s Cognitive Examination, the Geriatric Depression Scale, and the Geriatric Anxiety Scale. 
Gabrielle aims to provide a safe and strong therapeutic connection with her clients. She values meeting patients where they are comfortable, utilizing a humanistic approach to treatment. Gabrielle enjoys working with clients of all ages. She values coordinating closely with her client’s families, schools, and co-treaters.
